Scheduled - The maintenance is scheduled to commence at 12 pm AEST on 7th April and is expected to last 90 minutes. During this period, you'll see an "Under Maintenance" page when you visit the Automation feature in Jira (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, and Jira Product Discovery) and Confluence.

During this time, viewing or updating automation rules will be unavailable. All rule runs, including rule runs in progress, will be paused during the maintenance period. Events will be queued during the maintenance period and retrieved for execution once the maintenance period is over.

During this time, we recommend not attempting to interact with the Automation feature in Jira and Confluence.

Resolved - Between 6:30 AM UTC to 9:50 AM UTC, we experienced failures in accessing some features from the Admin Portal. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Identified - We are investigating an issue causing failures in accessing some features from the Admin Portal, which is impacting some of our Cloud customers. We have identified the root cause and anticipate recovery shortly.

Identified - We have detected an issue with the incoming email not working due to a cipher mismatch that is impacting our Jira Software customers.

We've implemented changes to our cipher support across Jira Software, Jira Work Management, and Jira Service Management.
Unsupported ciphers, not explicitly listed on our "Supported Security Protocols for Atlassian Cloud Products" page (https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/supported-security-protocols-for-atlassian-cloud-products/), have been removed. This means that inbound email processing on these platforms using unsupported ciphers will no longer be supported.

We strongly encourage our customers to switch to a supported cipher from the list provided on our "Supported Security Protocols for Atlassian Cloud Products" page.
