Some enterprise customers are unable to create new sites

Resolved - Between 2024-05-03 14:00 UTC to 2024-05-08 09:0 UTC, Jira Software customers experienced issues while attempting to create a new site / add new product. The root cause was a software bug that caused the service to be unavailable. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Degradation for Image Preview Generation

Resolved - We have seen cases of degraded performance for some Confluence, Jira Work Management, Jira Service Management, and Jira Software Cloud customers. Between 12:00 and 19:00 AEST customers may have experienced image previews not displaying.

We believe this issue is now resolved and will continue to monitor.

Intermittent errors when trying to link Issues in the Issue View

Resolved - Between 22 April 2024 0130 UTC to 23 April 1000 UTC, we experienced intermittent errors when linking issues for Jira Work Management, Jira Service Management, and Jira Software. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
